Salary: £30,000 per year
Hours: 5-day working week (Monday–Sunday) + 1 weekend off per month

The Role
As an Vehicle Finance Specialist, you'll be the link between our customers, lenders, and sales team. You'll make sure every step of the finance and handover process is smooth, compliant, and customer-friendly.
You'll:
* Present and process finance & warranty options clearly and confidently
* Work with lenders, underwriters, and internal teams to secure approvals
* Support customers through the vehicle handover process
* Ensure all regulatory requirements are met (FCA, SAF, GDPR)
* Act as a compliance champion while delivering a great customer experience
What We're Looking For
Strong knowledge of vehicle finance products & FCA regulations
Experience in a Finance & Insurance (F&I) automotive role (preferred)
Clear, confident communication – able to explain complex info simply
Organised, detail-focused, and great with admin
Comfortable using CRM systems & lender portals
Collaborative, customer-focused, and results-driven
