Tim Hortons is expanding across the UK and we need brilliant people like you to help us. Tim Hortons is part of the fabric of Canada with over 5,000 quick service restaurants worldwide, serving over 2 billion cups of freshly brewed coffee. We aim to open hundreds of restaurants in the UK over the next 10 years. We put customers at the forefront of everything we do and are currently looking for outgoing Restaurant Team Members to join the team on a permanent basis. As a Restaurant Team Member, you will provide and create exceptional guest experiences. Whether you are the first person our guests encounter or produce the best loved bakery items, your energy and passion for guest service will make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment.

To apply for the position of Restaurant Team Member you will be a positive team player, have previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast paced environment, possess excellent communication skills with a strong focus on the customer, and be flexible to work a range of hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends).

Responsibilities

* Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
* Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers
* Attempt to resolve simple customer inquiries and referring difficult customer inquiries to a Manager
* Ensure food is prepared and stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
* Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process
* Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
* Following critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
* Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager directions
* Being aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant
* Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort and convenience expectations including restocking of workstations
* Report all work-related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible
* Follow correct procedures and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed
