This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected venue known for its refined yet welcoming approach to hospitality, where consistency, attention to detail, and genuine guest care are at the heart of everything they do.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the front-of-house operation, working closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to deliver seamless, memorable dining experiences. You will act as both a service leader and cultural ambassador, ensuring the highest standards are always upheld.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring energy, precision, and a passion for excellence within a Michelin-level environment.

Commercial & Financial Awareness
* Monitor revenue, labour costs, and KPIs
* Ensure billing accuracy and accountability
* Identify opportunities for revenue growth
About You
Essential:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (or equivalent)
* Background in fine dining or Michelin-level service is essential
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards
