As an HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing HR documentation
Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes
Supporting payroll and pension administration
Assisting with training and development programmes
Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries
As an HR Coordinator, your experience will include:
Previous experience in HR coordination or similar role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
Familiarity with payroll and pension administration
Understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
