Account Manager Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be partnering with a well-established events business that is looking to recruit a proactive and commercially focused Account Manager to join their team. This is a varied, client-facing role combining account management, sales support and hands-on marketing activity. Reporting into the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting event sales and delivering targeted marketing campaigns that drive attendance and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships Managing client accounts from initial enquiry through to event delivery, ensuring excellent service throughout Supporting sales strategy and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business Planning and executing marketing activity to promote events, including digital, email and social media campaigns Assisting with website content updates and basic website management Working closely with internal teams including operations and accounts to ensure smooth event delivery Supporting budget management and cost control for events Attending relevant industry events (including internationally) Providing support to colleagues and contributing to team objectives as requiredSkills & Experience Required: Proven experience in account management, sales or client relationship roles Marketing exposure (advantageous) Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Good understanding of digital marketing tools, including email marketing and social media Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with data and performance metrics Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience of working with budgets and basic financial reporting Quick-thinking and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on offer: Salary of £40K - £45K DOE Opportunities for international travel Company pension Holiday allowance Parking on site Fully office based Company socialsExtra info: Refer a friend and earn up to £500 (see website for details) Due to high application volumes, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
