The Role
This is a true 360 Recruitment Consultant position.
Youll be responsible for:
Winning new business opportunities Developing and growing client relationships Managing existing accounts and identifying upselling opportunities Sourcing and attracting high:quality candidates Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to placement Building your own market presence and personal brand
Youll have access to everything you need to succeed, including:
Leading job boards LinkedIn Recruiter Established databases Existing client relationships Marketing support A highly respected brand within our markets

Take over and develop an existing claims recruitment desk with established clients already in place. Perfect for someone looking to build a specialist area and potentially grow a team around them in the future.

Already recruiting within insurance broking or underwriting? Wed love to speak with experienced insurance recruiters looking for a fresh challenge within a highly respected specialist recruitment business.
Option 3: Build Your Own Desk
Have expertise in another sector and want the opportunity to build something from scratch? Were open to discussions with successful recruiters who can demonstrate a clear plan for developing a new market.
Whats In It For You? Uncapped Commission
Everyone operates on exactly the same commission structure, and it isnt changing.
15 commission on billings between GBP 5,000 and GBP 10,000 above threshold 20 commission on billings above GBP 10,000 30 commission on billings above GBP 20,000

Previous recruitment experience in a 360 recruitment environment A proven track record of consistent billing success A proactive, phone:first approach to recruitment Strong relationship:building skills Commercial awareness and ambition A genuine passion for recruitment
