What Youll Be Doing Youlltake the lead on programme planning for high-value civils projects, ensuring delivery teams have clear, accurate, and achievable schedules. This role is central to project success youllbe the person who keeps everything aligned, coordinated, and moving. Your responsibilities include: Developing and maintainingdetailed project programmes using P6 Working across earthworks, deep digs, roads & highways Collaborating with engineers, QS teams, estimators, and site managers Identifyingrisks, delays, and opportunities within the programme Supporting tender programmes and pre-construction planning Providing regular progress updates and reporting to senior leadership Travelling 2 days per fortnight, with hybrid flexibility built in Ensuring programme logic, sequencing, and critical paths are accurateand robust Why This Role Stands Out This is a strategic role with real influence.
