Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a reliable, proactive Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming school in Flint. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping pupils learn, stay engaged, and feel supported throughout the school day.
The role:
Supporting pupils across KS3/KS4
Working 1:1 or with small groups
Helping with classroom routines, behaviour and learning tasks
Assisting the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
Creating a positive, encouraging learning environment
You'll need:
Experience working with children or young people
A calm, patient and adaptable approach
Strong communication skills
DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
