They create and refine recipes, run trials, and work closely with teams across the business to make sure new or improved products reach the market smoothly, safely and successfully. Key Responsibilities: Lead product development for new launches Shape future innovation Leading recipe and product changes Partner with suppliers and manage costs Creating high‑quality sales samples, helping with complaint reduction, managing the R&D budget, and championing NPD plans internally.
