Registered Children’s Home Manager – Liverpool
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + performance bonus
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Are you an experienced leader with the drive and compassion to transform young lives?
We’re looking for a Registered Manager to run our brand-new 2-bed EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) home in Liverpool, offering a safe and supportive environment for children aged 8–17.
Your role:
* Lead, inspire, and develop a committed team to deliver exceptional care.
* Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards and all statutory requirements.
* Create a nurturing, structured environment where children can feel safe, valued, and able to thrive.
* Manage budgets, resources, and rotas effectively.
* Work closely with local authorities, families, and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
What you’ll need:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it).
* At least 2 years’ managerial experience in a children’s residential setting.
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and children’s legislation.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable children.
