Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate for this Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role will have: A 2:1 or higher degree from a top university (any subject) A genuine interest in working with primary-aged children (4–11 years) Patience, empathy, and a flexible, can-do attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A long-term interest in education, child psychology, or teaching Some experience working with children (desirable but not essential) The Role This Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role is the ideal opportunity for any graduate who has a real passion for working with young people.
