This role focuses entirely onservice delivery. You will not be expected to do cold-call sales; instead, you will be the engine room of our operationmanaging existing client accounts, sourcing the best talent, and ensuring our workers are happy and compliant.
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary:£27,000 £28,000 per annum (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management:Acting as the main point of contact for established clients to fulfil their daily staffing requirements.
* Candidate Sourcing:Writing engaging job adverts, headhunting, and interviewing candidates to build a high-quality talent pool.
* Compliance & Vetting:Ensuring all candidates meet strict \"Right to Work\" standards and industry-specific compliance.
* Workforce Coordination:Managing client rotas, checking staff in on-site, and handling worker queries or payroll issues.
* Site Visits:Travelling to client sites for morning check-ins, service reviews, and staff inductions.
Requirements:
* Experience:Previous experience in recruitment coordination, high-volume resourcing, or account management is required.
* Licence:AFull UK Driving Licence is essentialfor travelling to various client sites.
* Organisation:The ability to juggle multiple rotas, check-ins, and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
* Communication:A professional and friendly manner, both over the phone and in person.
* Resilience:Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
