Role summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive fundraiser to help develop and deliver Hill End’s fundraising programme on a part-time basis. The initial priority for this role will be trusts and foundations fundraising in support of the planned renovation and improvement of our 1930s High Dormitory.
Alongside this capital project, the role will support the development of funding opportunities for educational and volunteering programmes.

HILL END OUTDOOR EDUCATION CENTRE, OXFORD (HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE)
Hours
18.75 hours per week (0.5 FTE / approximately 2.5 days), with flexible working arrangements available.
Contract
1 year fixed‑term contract, including a three‑month probationary period. Subject to funding, there may be scope to extend the role.
Responsibilities
* Fundraising strategy execution—develop key fundraising materials, identify and collate key data, and support the development of fundraising systems.
* Trusts & foundation fundraising—research and develop pipeline, write grant applications, and foster positive relationships with funders.
* Individual giving and supporter engagement—develop and implement giving and supporter engagement, support communication and stewardship activities, and identify opportunities to grow donations.
