Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Programme Manager to join a high-performing executive education team in Cambridge. This is a full-time, permanent role supporting the planning and delivery of world-class learning experiences for senior leaders from across the globe. You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your role will be essential to ensuring the successful execution of dynamic, high-impact leadership programmes—both in-person and online. About the Role As a Programme Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end project management of open enrolment programmes. From planning logistics and coordinating faculty to overseeing live events and ensuring an outstanding participant experience, you’ll be at the heart of each programme's success. This is a varied role that combines event management, stakeholder coordination, digital delivery support, and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone with a passion for learning environments, customer service, and operational excellence.
