About This Role
We are seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This is your chance to make a real impact!
Your Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will:
* Support various branch locations, stepping in where needed to ensure seamless service.
* Adapt to changing priorities while meeting customer needs with a smile.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building relationships and offering tailored products and services.
* Assist customers with account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
* Work under the guidance of managers while exercising sound judgment within established policies.
* Develop a deep understanding of our products to connect with customer needs effectively.
* Engage with customers to demonstrate genuine care and build lasting relationships.
* Refer customers to other bankers and partners as needed to meet their financial goals.
* Comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* 6+ months of customer interaction experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
* Strong customer service focus with experience in handling complex transactions.
* Proven ability to engage customers proactively through outreach.
* Skills in educating customers about technology and mobile banking options.
* Experience in fostering strong customer relationships and teamwork.
* Ability to identify potential fraud and take appropriate action.
* Integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions.
* Relevant military experience is a plus.
Job Expectations
* Willingness to travel 100% of the time within the district.
* Commute to assigned locations for branch assignments (mileage reimbursement provided).
* Availability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
* Maintain cash drawer and handle cash-related tasks as needed.
* This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
* SAFE registration is required at the time of employment.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range:
This position offers a competitive pay range of $20.00 - $30.19 per hour, depending on location and experience. Additionally, this job profile is eligible for a 10% pay differential.
