About the Role : We're recruiting Customer Services Advisors to join our contact centre team starting 3 November 2025. You'll manage a high volume of inbound calls and digital contacts, ranging from emergency repairs to rent and benefits queries. You'll need to handle some challenging conversations, but ultimately, the job is about working with people to resolve issues together or signposting them to those who can help. What We're Looking For: Someone with a natural ability to solve problems and respond swiftly and effectively A confident communicator who can handle a busy call queue with professionalism Friendly and approachable, yet decisive and action-oriented Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced contact centre environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to a wide range of customer queries via phone and digital channels Deliver clear, accurate information and solutions in a timely manner Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in a contact centre or similar high-volume customer service role is beneficial A positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers Strong IT skills and attention to detail Ability to stay clam and focused under pressure A commitment to building a long-term career in customer service.
