What You’ll Do
* Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3 talented KAMs.
* Manage and grow key accounts in secondary care.
* Bring fresh ideas and help shape our commercial strategy.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing and medical to drive results.
About You
* Experienced KAM with a track record in secondary care sales (Mens Health / Endocrine ideal).
* Passionate about coaching and developing others — maybe you’ve led a project, done a secondment, or mentored colleagues.
* Entrepreneurial, agile, and thrive in a fast-moving, start-up environment.
