Managing the full purchase order lifecycle, creation, placement, tracking, amendments, and closure

Acting as the primary operational contact for suppliers across Thailand, Vietnam, and future regions

Monitoring supplier performance (OTD, quality, reliability) and driving continuous improvement

Coordinating inbound freight (ocean, air, and road) and managing freight forwarder relationships

Owning customs documentation and ensuring full import compliance

Liaising daily with the 3PL to ensure accurate goods‑in, inventory integrity, and smooth operations

Managing stock availability, identifying supply risks early and preventing stock‑outs or excess inventory

Tracking landed costs and supporting cost optimisation initiatives

Producing weekly operational reporting across POs, shipments, supplier KPIs, and inventory health

Driving process improvements across purchasing systems, workflows, documentation, and reporting

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement (FMCG/food)

Strong experience in demand planning and purchasing execution

Proven experience working with international suppliers and managing imports/customs

Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills with strong attention to detail

Experience coordinating international freight (ocean & air)

Highly organised, proactive, and process‑driven

Clear, confident communicator who escalates risks early and solves problems pragmatically

What You’ll Get

Competitive salary £40k–£50k + bonus + stock options

25 days’ holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off

Private health insurance and mental health support

Generous learning & development budget and coaching

Monthly wellness contribution and paid charity days

Hybrid working in a collaborative, fast‑paced scale‑up environment
