The Company – Who will I be working for?
Established in 1992, we started our journey with a team of 3 specialising in electrical and fixtures for ASDA. Fast forward to the present, and we've evolved into a robust company of 135 employees spanning five core divisions. Our client list boasts large organisations like Pets at Home, Haribo, and Marks & Spencer.
Today, our nationwide presence encompasses a diverse range of projects, from small-scale retail ventures to expansive store refits. Our expertise spans electrical, mechanical, refit, and roofing solutions.
The Role – What will I be doing?
HR Advisor
08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday – May consider 4 days.
£29,000 - £35,000 depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
As the HR Advisor, you will assist the Head of HR in implementing the people and culture strategy throughout the organisation. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager enquiries, providing balanced HR solutions and advice while also functioning as a well-rounded HR generalist involved in all aspects of the HR spectrum, including:
· Recruitment and onboarding
· Absence management
· Disciplinary and grievance procedures
· Performance management
· Statutory requests (maternity, paternity, flexible working)
· Employee relations (ER)
· HR projects
