NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for a Health Care Worker to join our team in Nathalia at Banawah. The role of the Health Care Worker is to maintain daily care needs for residents and attend to necessary documentation.
What we are looking for:
1. Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement
2. Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
4. An understanding of the ageing process and a commitment to advocate for older people in residential care
5. Evidence of full immunisation against Covid-19

Mandatory Screening Checks:
All appointments at NCN Health are subject to a current Employee Working with Children Check and a National Police Check issued within the last 6 months. Some positions may require a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance. All employees must hold current entitlement to work within Australia.
A six month probationary period applies to all new appointments.
