Role Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for all door maintenance and pressurized habitat activities across contracts and for new external inquiries.
* Prepare work scopes and oversee their execution across projects, including offshore surveys, engineering, and offshore works management.
* Participate in client and project team meetings.
* Ensure timely completion of CTRs, project estimates, work scopes, and work packs.
* Maintain door maintenance trackers for each site.
* Oversee planning and execution of work scopes, including raising work orders and managing subcontractors.
* Coordinate operations with client representatives and report progress regularly.
* Manage procurement of plant, equipment, and materials.
* Communicate work scope progress, variations, and costs to clients and management, seeking improvements.
* Identify and support business development opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships for future growth.
* Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
Requirements
* Promote safety practices and awareness through implementation of HSEQ plans.
* Maintain management system documentation via the company's BMS system.
* Follow company policies for health, safety, environment, and quality, and participate in compliance and improvement efforts.
* Report accidents, incidents, and hazards promptly.
* Comply with country-specific health and safety legislation and emergency procedures.
* Oversee health and safety arrangements for subordinates and visitors.
