The Role:
What will I be doing?
* Maintaining cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel including lobby, fitness centre, laundry, corridors, and stairwells
* Cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities as needed
* Vacuuming corridors and stairways
* Changing and replenishing towels and amenities according to guidelines
* Performing deep cleaning tasks regularly
* Restocking and maintaining the trolley daily
* Reporting missing or damaged items for repair or replacement
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in public areas
* Being environmentally conscious
* Disposing of waste properly
* Managing guest requests promptly and efficiently
* Complying with security, fire, health, and safety regulations
* Handling lost property procedures
* Assisting other departments and maintaining good relationships
