Media Studies, Creative Digital Media Production and Film Studies are well established at BHASVIC and popular with students, with a record of strong examination results, and strong extra-curricular provision. We are looking, therefore, to appoint a highly organised and collaborative leader who can consolidate and successfully build on this provision. The Head of Department works closely with fifteen other Heads of Department, contributing to the broader strategic and operational business of the college. Weekly one-to-one meetings are held with the Head of Faculty, and there are opportunities to participate in numerous cross-college initiatives within educational research, professional development and other strategic priorities.
