Our client is looking to recruit severalWarehouse Operator to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? Undertake the manual handling, distribution and monitoring of materials in a bulk storage and warehouse environment. Assist with the unloading of vehicles and the checking-in of stock. Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks, and shelves. Be responsible for picking specified items from storage or warehouses and prepare them for shipment. Pick and pack products which includes unboxing, labelling, re-boxing and stacking products on pallets. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU ? Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Operative, within a logistics environment or similar role and be familiar with all Manual Handling Procedures - essential Previous experience of the preparation and distribution of volume orders Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload Must be able to work 4 on 4 off shifts Must be able to work from 6:00am -18:00 Working in a multi-dimensional warehouse with ambient, chilled, alcohol and freezer environment on rotation Immediate start dates are available Pay Rate: £12.21 Per hour Contract Type:Permanent ( Part Time) 20 hours per week.
