Rate: £30 per hour

Responsibilities:
* Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized care plans for adults in need
* Safeguarding vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation through investigation and collaboration with other agencies
* Advocating for adults to ensure their rights are respected and providing them with emotional support and practical advice to enhance their well-being
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
