Job Description
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with a range of additional needs.
* Support teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, adapting to different stages of learning.
* Assist with behaviour regulation, sensory needs, social/emotional development and communication.
* Implement personalised learning plans in collaboration with the SENCo.
* Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in supporting children with SEND (Autism, SEMH, speech & language, learning difficulties).
* Patient, proactive, nurturing and adaptable.
* Skilled in building strong, trusted relationships with pupils.
* Confident working across multiple year groups.
* Passionate about helping children thrive academically and emotionally.
