Duties
* Build and maintain enduring relationships with customers and key accounts
* Identify customer requirements, offering suitable commercial vehicle solutions
* Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to delivery as aTruck Sales Manager
* Provide a comprehensive customer experience, including aftersales support
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
* Ensure the sales department operates efficiently and professionally
* Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay current with industry developments
* Generate new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
Requirements
* Prior experience in Truck Sales, Commercial Vehicle Sales, or HGV Sales
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Demonstrable ability to meet and surpass sales targets
* Self‑motivated, organised, and results‑driven approach
* Ability to motivate colleagues and influence customers
* Knowledge of DAF products is advantageous
* HGV Licence beneficial but not essential
* Full UK Driving Licence
