About the role
As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for driving the commercial operations of the business; supporting the sale of technical, engineering led products through effective pricing, quoting, bids, tenders, and order processing.
What you’ll do
* Lead and develop our internal sales (Sales Coordinators) across three business units.
* Own pricing, terms and commercial governance to keep us competitive and profitable.
* Guide quotes, bids and tenders, turning technical inputs into clear, compelling proposals.
* Streamline order‑to‑fulfilment, resolving issues and improving processes with Sales, Technical, Operations and Finance.
What you’ll bring
* Commercial leadership experience in a technical/engineering environment.
* Strong pricing, bids/tenders and contract know‑how, with sound risk judgement.
* Confidence working with stakeholders and coaching teams.
* Fluency with ERP/CRM/quoting tools (or eagerness to learn fast).
