Your new role
This is a part-time role for hours per week which will be worked across 3 days from Monday to Friday each week (Monday is an essential working day). The Customer Relations Assistant will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service, dealing with high volume calls, checking memberships and processing payments, working as part of a streamlined team. Duties include
* Processing sales
* Administration
* Handling of customer enquiries
