The Contract Manager role:
* Lead the operational delivery of a kitchen and bathroom contract.
* Manage a direct labour team, motivating, incentivising, and developing team members, including recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
* Instill ownership and responsibility within your team to ensure work is delivered to standards, on time, and within budget.
* Prioritise health and safety, ensuring measures are in place and monitored.
* Build and maintain relationships internally and externally to facilitate successful contract delivery.
* Manage your time effectively to visit sites regularly and ensure procedures and reports are up to date.

What will you bring as a Contract Manager?
* Relevant experience in a similar role within the housing refurbishment sector, specifically managing kitchen and bathroom programs.
* Experience managing direct labour, including team development and performance management.
* Understanding of cost and risk management, with experience working to budgets.
* SMSTS qualification (preferred) and a solid understanding of health and safety requirements (essential).
* A trade background (all trades considered to NVQ level 2 or equivalent) is preferred.
* Ability to build successful relationships with customers, clients, and employees.
