This is a hands-on role – You’ll lead from the front, bringing in new clients to benefit from a competitive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Sales:
* Identify and engage with potential clients to sell our full range of IT project delivery & recruitment services.
* Proactively generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in tech companies.
* Understand client needs and position our services effectively.
* Track and manage personal sales activity using CRM software.

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a business development, sales, or recruitment environment
* A confident, driven, and results-focused sales professional
* Experience in B2B sales, telesales, technical sales, or recruitment sales
* Strong communication & negotiation skills – Ability to sell and close deals
* Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls – Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Resilient, ambitious, and self-motivated – A go-getter who wants to lead and earn big!
