A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER at RAMADA BY WYNDHAM HOTEL BELFAST
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you can expect your working day to include the following.
* Assisting the F& B Manager in the smooth running of the department
* Helping drive quality scores for the department
* Aiding the team and helping with training of the team
* Ensuring the team give a super guest experience
* Presentation of the department and appearance of the team
* Following company procedures
