Fruition IT are recruiting a PMO Manager on behalf of a market leading business in Leeds who are on a huge transformation journey.

What will I be doing?
Promoting the PMO's services and value to the programme teams & ensuring that the PMO is seen as a strategic assetDeveloping the PMO's strategic planRepresenting the PMO in steering committee meetingsWork with programme managers to obtain regular updates & project updates for reportingDevelop, track, analyse and publish programme & financial reportsConduct health checks on programmes across the transformation portfolioProvide programme control support covering, planning & monitoring, quality management, change control, RAID management, cost, 3rd part management and programme reporting
What do I need?
A proven track record of managing a PMO function and managing a portfolio of programmes.Experience leading a team of PMO AnalystsHaving the experience or ability to shape a PMO function, setting it up and establishing processesStrong understanding of PMO best practices and project management methodologiesExcellent communication & relationship building skillsGood knowledge of programme governance frameworks
