We are looking for a Product and Programme Manager to lead our High Value and Professionals workstream within the Legacies team. Gifts in Wills account for around a third of our income, funding our life-saving research. As a Product and Programme Manager, you will drive our High Value and Professionals strategy to create compelling experiences, grow lifetime value, and fulfill CRUK's research promise.
In this role, you will develop and deliver strategies that resonate with key audiences, enhance lifetime value, and support CRUK's commitment to pioneering research. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Philanthropy and Supporter Relationship Management to ensure seamless execution of our strategy, providing outstanding supporter journeys across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with the Senior Proposition Manager to grow CRUK audiences and supporters through innovative, multi-year propositions and plans, collaborating across teams.
* Support management of the P&L for propositions, ensuring delivery against audience, volume, and value targets.
* Assist in resource allocation, proposition briefs, and business cases, aligning with supporters' overall relationship with CRUK.
* Promote a culture of end-to-end delivery and team accountability, adhering to sector best practices.
* Facilitate cross-functional decision-making, risk management, and performance evaluation.
* Ensure activities are effectively governed, with proper decision-making and escalation processes.
* Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for future development, ensuring CRUK remains future-proof.
* Work with Data, Insights & Performance teams to deliver audience-led planning, identifying trends and market disruptions.
* Coordinate with Marketing & Digital teams to create compelling campaigns and digital experiences that inspire action.
Experience & Skills:
* Experience in building propositions that are commercially valuable, relevant, and market-differentiated, ideally within legacies, philanthropy, or similar sectors.
* Proven ability to translate innovative, journey-led ideas into actionable plans and systems.
* Experience with digital and insight-led solutions, understanding service design principles.
* Skilled in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
* Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent facilitation skills to manage and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
