The Role As a Senior Engineering Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering intricate electronic sub-systems for mission-critical applications. You'll drive cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality standards. This is a strategic role with clear progression paths toward Delivery Lead and Sector Lead positions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex electronics/electrical projects. Apply best practices in project management including risk, stakeholder, compliance, and configuration management. Oversee project phases from initiation to closure. Collaborate with Project Controllers and mentor Engineering Project Coordinators. Influence delivery strategy and contribute to continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Strong engineering background in electronics/electrical systems. Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget. Experience with Earned Value Management and other PM methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about engineering excellence.
