About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Site Lead to oversee the day-to-day running of maintenance operations at a large static site. You’ll be responsible for managing a small team, coordinating planned and reactive works, and ensuring the site runs safely, efficiently, and in line with company and client standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage and support maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and fabric services. * Supervise contractors and in-house staff to ensure quality and compliance. * Oversee planned and reactive maintenance schedules using internal systems. * Maintain site documentation and ensure statutory compliance. * Promote health, safety, and environmental best practices. * Liaise with the client and support continuous improvement initiatives. About You You’ll be a proactive, organised individual with strong technical understanding and leadership skills. You can manage multiple priorities, motivate your team, and maintain high standards in a customer-focused environment. Skills & Experience * Technical background in building services or maintenance (electrical or mechanical). * Experience leading or supervising maintenance operations. * Good understanding of compliance and safety requirements. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Relevant qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds or equivalent).
