Job Title: Site Maintenance Supervisor
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours, Monday to Friday

Purpose of Role
This role oversees sites across Surrey and Hampshire. Candidates should hold a recognized Mechanical Qualification (Plumbing, Heating, and Maintenance).
Job Description
The Authorized Person will implement and operate JSP375 (Management of Health and Safety in Defence), supporting the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance alongside billable works.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure compliance with JSP375 within the Service Delivery Area.
2. Assess and review the competence of Skilled Persons for appointment and task allocation.
3. Produce and manage Risk Assessments, Method Statements, safety programmes, and Permits to Work.
4. Provide technical support and advice to site teams, supply chain, DIO, and end users.
5. Record all tasks accurately and ensure documentation is complete and shared appropriately.
6. Manage project work, ensuring standards are met in collaboration with the Billable Works team.
7. Review risk registers, follow maintenance procedures, report defects, and contribute to risk meetings.
8. Close corrective actions within agreed timescales.
9. Maintain personal training records and site knowledge across the Service Delivery Area.
10. Identify opportunities supporting the MoD’s carbon reduction targets.
11. Collaborate to ensure consistent JSP375 implementation across the contract.
12. Develop relationships with stakeholders, support estate activities, and provide technical advice.
13. Assist the Helpdesk with technical requests.
14. Arrange training, supervise Skilled Persons, and ensure safety restrictions are understood.
15. Manage costs and stakeholder expectations through effective communication and commercial decisions.
16. Support risk management and mitigation efforts across the contract.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
* City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Domestic Heating
* CSCS Card
