This full-time, ongoing position offers a competitive rate of £50 per hour, with a flexible hybrid working pattern- 3 days in the office, 2 days working remotely. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families with a strong focus on child protection and welfare .
Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to develop and implement robust protection plans .
Engage in recent and ongoing court proceedings, managing complex safeguarding cases with confidence.
Take part in a duty rota every 5 weeks, based in the office for timely responses to urgent referrals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring adherence to all statutory requirements and best practice standards.
