Job Description
1. Deploy the security team to ensure satisfactory security presence on site at all times.
2. Ensure all security personnel adhere to site duties, policies, and procedures, reporting breaches immediately to the Operations Manager.
3. Check the handover at the start of each shift to ensure all vital details are covered.
4. Maintain a smart, well-groomed appearance in approved uniform, providing first-class customer service and high vigilance.
5. Portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor, using open and appropriate body language.
6. Immediately report any untoward activity or security concerns to control.
7. Be customer service facing—polite, positive, and professional at all times.
8. Respond to alarm activations and investigate disturbances as instructed.
9. Monitor entry and departure of employees, visitors, and others.
10. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, including incidents, theft, damage, or unusual occurrences.
11. Maintain high standards of customer care consistently.
12. Proactively monitor and uphold staff discipline, standards, and conduct.
13. Oversee that officers perform to required standards and address shortfalls.
14. Ensure patrols are completed adequately and as scheduled.
15. Regularly liaise with FRG Managers to update on important matters.
16. Audit site equipment and ensure proper documentation.
17. Work effectively as part of a team.
18. Fulfill reasonable requests from clients and FRG management.
Essential Skills
1. Must be able to work nights.
2. Able to work a 3-week rolling rota: 2 weeks on, 1 weekend off.
3. SIA Licence required; CCTV license desirable.
4. At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.
5. Driving license required.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. High standards of customer service.
8. Reliable, responsible, punctual.
9. Smart appearance.
10. Flexible approach to duties and additional site events.
11. Computer literate (Word, Outlook, Excel).
12. Calm under pressure, confident in handling confrontations professionally.
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
14. Physically fit for site walks and patrols.
