Job Description
3. Conduct audits to evaluate internal controls, compliance, and operational efficiency.
4. Identify and assess risks, providing recommendations for improvement.
5. Prepare detailed audit reports for senior management and stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and insights.
7. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
8. Assist in the development and enhancement of audit methodologies and tools.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
10. Support the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Internal Auditor should have:
11. A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
12. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent (not essential).
13. Experience in auditing within the business services industry.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
16. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
17. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
