Administrative Support Officer
Looking for a role where your organisational skills make a real difference? We are looking for an Administrative Support Officer for our established client to support various stakeholders in training while building on your own career. This is a temporary role initially for a month working on a hybrid basis, Monday to Friday 9-5.
What you'll do:
1. Be the first point of contact for enquiries
2. Coordinate and book appointments
3. Keep records and systems up to date
4. Provide general administrative support to a busy, supportive team
About You:
5. You're someone who's organised, approachable, and thrives in a busy environment. You take pride in your communication skills, can manage sensitive situations with care, and know how to prioritise competing demands.
What we're looking for:
6. Strong admin/office experience with confident IT skills (MS Office)
7. Great communication and people skills
8. Ability to juggle tasks, stay organised, and meet deadlines
9. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualifications)
Desirable (but not essential)
10. Experience in health-care or higher education settings
11. Knowledge of database systems such as INTREPID or Oracle
