Overview
Admin Assistant role supporting a property, publishing, and digital marketing entrepreneur. This is a flexible, mostly remote, part-time position with opportunities to learn across property, publishing, and marketing. The right candidate will be organized, proactive, creative, and eager to learn, with experience or openness to working with ADHD clients.
Role
Job Title: Admin Assistant
Hours: 8–12 hours per week (flexible, Mon–Thurs availability required. Communication during the day preferred; may vary. Fridays typically off).
Contract: Self-employed, with 3 month probation. UTR required.
Location: UK-based, remote with occasional in-person days (approx. 1 day per month, if at all, in Mold, North Wales, or other co-working venues; travel expenses offset as a self-employed worker).
What You’ll Be Doing
* Podcast and Video Support: Light video editing, uploading episodes to Spotify & YouTube, creating Canva thumbnails, and scheduling episodes.
* Social Media Support: Creating/scheduling Canva carousels and reels, formatting captions, assisting with engagement, and supporting content after guest speaking events (social posts + newsletters).
* Marketing Funnels: Uploading/optimising lead magnets, landing pages, and email campaigns in Kajabi (copy and direction provided).
* Publishing Projects: Chasing book contributors for drafts, tracking deadlines, and supporting formatting/admin.
* Organisation & Admin: Maintaining task lists, deadlines, travel bookings, and general admin as needed.
* Course Support: Adding visuals/images to PowerPoint templates.
* Google Workspace: Managing documents, spreadsheets, and forms in Google Drive.
* Occasional Travel: In-person work with the entrepreneur approximately once a month if required.
* Guidance & Training: I will teach you how to use Chat GPT to support the businesses.
* Additional: Any other tasks that may arise.
Please note: Full training will be provided; content is written by the employer, so the role suits fast learners seeking hands-on experience.
What I’m Looking For
Qualifications: Minimum GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (Grade 5 or B). Ideally, English Language or English Literature at Grade A or A* (Grade 8 or 9 under the new system).
Skills & Experience:
* Excellent verbal and written communication (essential). UK-based, fluent in English.
* Driving licence (essential if travelling to the home).
* Proficient in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
* Strong Canva and social media skills (reels, carousels, thumbnails).
* Highly organized, proactive, and diligent.
* Flexible and responsive — available Mon–Thurs; hours flexible in the day; may require contact outside set hours. Willing to adapt to this flexibility.
* Creative, eager to learn, and happy to up-skill (Kajabi, podcast editing, funnels, etc. — training provided).
* Comfortable working with an ADHD client.
* Loyalty and discretion are essential; you’ll be a trusted right hand, not just an admin assistant.
Why You’ll Love This Role
* Flexible, mostly remote work with clear direction.
* Opportunities to upskill in Kajabi, podcasting, funnels, and publishing.
* Variety of creative and organisational tasks — no two weeks are the same.
* Supportive, direct working style; independent, not bureaucratic.
* Valuable experience in property, publishing, and digital marketing.
* Hands-on training and mentorship to enrich your CV.
* Advance notice for busier and slower periods.
