Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people from getting the support they need to live a life they value. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We have nearly 200 services across England, with almost 3,500 dedicated staff and volunteers. Annually, our services support around 125,000 people.
Integrating two large organizations is a complex process, and it will take time to fully align our systems, processes, and approaches. Currently, jobs are still branded under 'Humankind', and our recruitment systems are separate, but full integration is planned for next year.
