We are looking for a Senior Family Support Worker to join our dynamic and dedicated team. You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering early help support across the Family Support and Think Family pathways.
About the Role:
As a Senior Family Support Worker, you will:
* Use your professional expertise to complete assessments, lead multi-agency plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support families in need.
* Act as a Lead Professional for a diverse caseload, planning and coordinating support services that create meaningful and sustainable change.
* Take a champion role in a specialist area such as domestic abuse, substance misuse, disability, or parenting.
* Work closely with colleagues across safeguarding, health, education and community services to promote positive outcomes and ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.
* Maintain high standards of case recording and contribute to service improvement through performance monitoring and audits.
What We’re Looking For:
* NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant field, and GCSE-level education.
* Proven experience delivering support to children, young people and their families.
* Skilled in completing assessments and planning interventions that safeguard and support.
* Able to manage complex caseloads, lead meetings, and deliver specialist workshops.
* A confident team player with a strong understanding of safeguarding and early help frameworks.
