Browns Manufacturing Limited part of the Browns Food Group is one of the UK's largest cooked and sliced meat producers, supplying some of the country's largest supermarkets nationwide, with ambitious plans for the future. We supply an extensive range in quality cooked meats, ranging from poultry, pre-sliced and whole joints of cooked meat to convenience foods and a variety of delicatessen. It is an exciting time at Browns Manufacturing, we have invested in a new state-of-the-art 50,000 square foot extension to increase efficiencies and capacity as we continue our Scottish pork processing journey.
We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Manager, to drive the technical resource of the business forward whilst supporting the management decisions of the business as a whole. As Technical Manager you will ensure the BRC standard, legislation and customer requirements are met and maintained at all times, maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring trends are identified, reported and corrective action implemented and will also work on continuous improvement projects within the business.
