We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Delivery Lead to join our expanding on site team based in Aldershot. Successful candidates must hold SC clearance or be willing to be vetted. The Account Delivery Lead (ADL) works collaboratively with the Programme Manager, Project Managers and Team Leads to ensure contracted services are being delivered to time, cost and quality and any deviations are reported to leadership team as soon as they become known. The ADL is part of the wider Defence Account Delivery Team and reports into the Top Level Budget ADL. The ADL is responsible for: Overall management of the AMPA programme of work covering both Run and Change activities. Working with the Programme Manager, Project Managers and Team Leaders to ensure that any issues are escalated and monitored to completion. Coordinating all teams to ensure activities run smoothly. Chairing the monthly Account Change Board. Running a weekly Programme Meeting Attending calls to provide risks and opportunities to the senior leadership team. Drives service and quality improvements by ensuring delivery issues are resolved, implementing service and productivity improvements and cost optimization plans. Overall responsibility for ensuring both ISO and MAA accreditation is maintained. The successful candidate will be required to have: Experience of working with and leading multiple teams. Experience of managing projects to cost, time and quality. Experience of managing risks and opportunities. Ability to manage conflicts and prioritise work. Suitability to obtain UK MOD SC Security Clearance. The successful candidate will ideally have: Experience of defence and/or air industry process and standards Experience of working and leading software development programmes.
