Responsibilities
* Support proposal preparation and bid planning, developing schedules and planning artefacts for customer submissions.
* Act as the planning integrator between programme management, senior leadership, and customers.
* Validate cost and schedule integration to drive effective performance management.
* Ensure full vertical and horizontal integration of schedules and programme artefacts.
* Work with the Risk Manager to perform schedule risk analyses and predictive assessments.
* Identify and resolve schedule conflicts, developing workaround and recovery strategies.
* Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) weekly and monthly.
* Manage the Performance Measurement Baseline and ensure Earned Value Management (EVM) principles are applied.
* Provide schedule insights and reports for internal and client reviews.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Project Planning or PMO roles within complex programmes.
* Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to spot scheduling and cost issues early.
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
* Skilled in the creation, maintenance, and control of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
* Calm, methodical, and detail-oriented - even under pressure.
Desirable
* Experience with Primavera P6 and SAP cost planning/reporting.
* Background in Defence, MoD, or other complex engineering environments.
* Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and processes.
