You will be responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care Assistants within a defined area.
Principal responsibilities
1. Support and manage a team of Care & Support Workers
2. To be on-call in case of emergency
3. To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator
4. Act as a link between the customer and the office
5. Oversee care quality control
6. Monitor and supervise care service
