We are looking for a Social Worker to join our Community Social Work Team specialising in Older People and Physical Disability. Our team is experienced with working with complex cases, have a sound knowledge of the Care Act (2014), Mental Capacity Act (2005) and Safeguarding, as well as excellent time management and IT skills. Any new staff are supported to develop a thorough working knowledge of Norfolk County Council processes and procedures. Covering South Norfolk, our team of Social Workers, Assistant Practitioners and Occupational Therapists use the Care Act (2014) to assess and provide support to adults living in the community.
