Program Manager - Biotech
On-site in Liverpool, full-time, office hours. Some occasional travelling.
This role is ideal for a PM who thrives in fast-paced scientific environments and brings structure and clarity to complex projects.
The PM will lead biomarker assay projects that advance diagnostics in a variety of therapeutic areas, for all clinical phases.
Responsibilities
* Manage biomarker assay projects from planning throughout delivery
* Align strategies with clinical objectives and ensure scientific accuracy
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (assay development, bioinformatics, regulatory, data science)
* Oversee resources, budgets, milestones, and reporting
* Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to SOPs
* Travel occasionally
Requirements:
* 4+ years’ experience in project/ program management in biotech
* 4+ years in biomarker-related clinical trials
* Familiarity with proteomics, metabolomics, or mass spectrometry
* Life Sciences degree or similar
* PMP or Prince II qualification
* GCP qualification is a plus
